The customer

India's largest mobile esports platform, post Series D, with more than 50 million users and operations across India and the United States, in a hyper-growth phase.

The problem

The company needed an entire leadership layer at once, ten roles spanning engineering, product, revenue, brand, data and user experience, across two geographies, under intense time pressure. No single firm had been briefed on the full scope.

The challenges

The roles sat in two very different talent markets. US-based engineering required a global search. Data sciences required deep specialist networks. Brand and growth demanded India consumer-internet expertise at scale. Running these as separate, uncoordinated searches risked inconsistent calibration and a slow close.

We took the full mandate as a single partner rather than letting it fragment across firms, and ran parallel sourcing strategies tuned to each role and each market.
