We believe access to exceptional leadership should accelerate impact, not constrain it. In that spirit, we have broadened our work from climate tech to accessible and preventive health, and frontier tech tackling humanity's hardest problems. We believe the companies and funds solving these problems deserve the same leadership rigour as any venture, and often need it more, because the cost of the wrong leader here is measured in mission, not just money.
The areas where leadership compounds into a stronger India and a stronger world: climate and the energy transition, preventive and accessible healthcare, fintech infra, defence and frontier tech. These are the themes we lean into, on conviction, not just commercially.
The Impact Class
Each year, on five select leadership mandates, we partner with early-stage organisations building solutions for humanity's most critical challenges in climate and other clear-impact causes. For ventures, typically up to Pre-Series A, we open our leadership network through flexible engagement models - whether concessional search fees, milestone-linked pricing or other structures that reflect the realities of building an early-stage company. It is our way of putting our own skin in the game.
We have placed impact and ESG leaders, climate finance leads, and scientific and academic advisors at climate and impact funds, including a leading climate and impact investor. We help mission-driven organisations hire the leadership that turns conviction into outcomes.
