The work most search firms cannot do.

Companies creating new categories have no benchmark to hire against and no leadership playbook. The role is often still forming. The talent is small in number, global, and not looking. And a wrong hire at this stage is expensive and slow to undo.

Most search firms need clarity before they can start. Category-defining companies do not have it yet. That gap is exactly where we work. We hire while the role is still taking shape, we judge conviction and learning velocity over a tidy resume, and we build the early teams that set culture and execution. Across nine years that has meant more than 200 mandates, 250+ companies, and 20+ that became unicorns.

Discover

We find leaders the market cannot see. We map global and non-obvious talent pools and reach the people already doing the work at the companies you admire, most of whom are not in any active process. Our networks run across India, Singapore, the United States and Europe, because for these roles the right person rarely lives where it is convenient. When a New York research centre needed applied ML and causal-inference talent, we sourced it globally and navigated the India-to-US interface to place the core team.

Assess

We judge what actually predicts success in an ambiguous, fast-moving company: conviction, judgment, learning velocity and culture fit. A strong resume is a starting point, not the decision. We have run talent functions inside growth companies ourselves, so we know that culture-market fit matters as much as product-market fit, and we know how to tell real capability from resume inflation. It shows in the outcome: a one-in-four proposal-to-join ratio and 95 percent of accepted offers converting to joins.

We do not disappear at the offer stage. We stay in through our networks, board and advisory placements, and ongoing support for the leaders we place, which is a large part of why our retention runs high and clients return for the next mandate.
