The Singapore-based arm of a big data credit assessment platform, entering the India market with zero existing India leadership.

The problem

Build an entire India C-suite from scratch, with no local brand recognition to recruit against.

The challenges

Each seat carried a distinct, demanding profile. The COO needed India market-building experience. The CRO needed consumer-lending risk expertise. The CTO had to architect for India-specific data environments. The CMO owned APAC growth. In addition, a Singapore Government research joint venture required a specialist Head of Data Sciences.
